Tales of Triumph

  • MR. MOE

In February 2020, Moe's story began with a distressing social media post from a man in Missouri threatening the dog's life. Concerned, I rushed to intervene. When I arrived, the man, shaken by the online uproar, handed me $20 and a bag of meat for the dog. It was clear he cared, despite his choice of words.

On his property, we found other dogs that had mysteriously appeared but were well cared for. It was evident he meant well but had a flawed approach. Together, we found a skinny, happy coon hound in need of help. We took him to the ranch for a medicated bath, worm treatment, and care for his skin condition.

Despite our efforts to find his owner, Moe had no one looking for him. We named him Moe, seeing him bounce back with proper care. It's a reminder that even the basics - food, water, and care - can work wonders.

Moe's tale, like many, raises questions about how dogs end up abandoned. Now, Moe needs a guardian angel – someone willing to offer care and love. Will you be Moe's guardian angel? Join us in giving these dogs the second chance they deserve.
