Animal Angels Network was founded on a simple belief — rescue dogs deserve more than survival. They deserve peace, comfort, and the chance to heal in a place that feels like home.
We are proud to share that we have taken the first step toward making this vision a reality. The first Halo House is officially underway, and construction will begin soon on our ranch.
This is the beginning of something life-changing.
But we cannot build it alone.
What Are Halo Houses?
Halo Houses are small, home-style houses designed specifically for rescue dogs to decompress, heal, and safely transition into their next chapter.
Instead of living in kennels, dogs will live in spaces designed to feel like real homes — with soft beds, furniture, calm surroundings, and their own outdoor runs.
Some Halo Houses will provide shared living space for compatible dogs to build confidence together.
Others will offer private, quiet environments for dogs who need individual space to emotionally recover.
These houses will help dogs learn to trust again, adjust to home life, and prepare for successful adoption.
Why This Matters
Many rescue dogs arrive frightened, shut down, or overwhelmed after abandonment.
Kennel environments, while necessary in many rescues, can increase stress and slow emotional recovery.
Halo Houses will allow dogs to:
Decompress in a peaceful, home-like setting
Learn normal routines in a real home environment
Build emotional stability and confidence
Transition more successfully into foster and adoptive homes
Feel safe, protected, and at peace

We have now secured our first Halo House, and construction will begin soon.
Each Halo House we build will allow us to save more dogs and give them the emotional care they deserve.
Our long-term vision is to create multiple Halo Houses, each serving as a sanctuary for angels waiting for their forever homes.
